6:35 AM
The morning sun is beginning to rise when the intelligence team gathered for breakfast.
A brass bulb hangs low over the table where coffee is poured hot, feeling the spot like home.
"Hey, hey hey, good morning. Pretty unusual, today, Clifford! You looked very vibrant!" Jan Michael greeted with a playful smile.
He gladly accepted the cup of black coffee offered by Abel into his mouth.
Truthfully, with the element of practice and strong perception, his spiritual sense can read Clifford's emotions.
In fact, he had a clear idea they had an adventure last night; his expression telling.
But it was off duty then --- nothing harm done!
"What time did you comeback with Abel?"
He had some laughs while Clifford gnawed his way into a pot of noodles. His mouth was full, coating noodles on his fine moustache.
He glanced at him with extreme shock scratching his head.
"Ohhh, errr…past bedtime chief!"
Clifford let his word sit for a moment to recover his breath.
