Maybe getting this certification isn't immediately useful since she doesn't have time to substitute teach right now, but she feels that earning a certification could be handy for future needs, and it was something she had planned for a long time. So, as soon as the summer vacation started, she threw herself into training.
By the end of June, her savings had exceeded 680,000 yuan. This was after deducting all living expenses and her yoga learning fees; all this money was painstakingly saved up over the last six months through every stitch and stroke, which wasn't easy at all.
The daily expenses for her and her son rely on the 2,000 yuan monthly living allowance from the company. Since they eat two or three meals a day at school, they're saving quite a bit.
Even living in Beijing, there's still room to save.
