Time flew by amidst the busyness, and after spring began in '57, An Yi started using traditional methods to brew soy sauce and vinegar. She had done these things before in the Beast World, so it wasn't very difficult. Although her memory was gone, some skills remained to this day; simply seeing the raw materials was enough for her to know how to make them.
Aside from soy sauce and vinegar, she also made soybean sauce, watermelon sauce, with watermelons naturally grown in the space used for making the sauce. Besides watermelon, she made many other ingredients like seeds, peanuts, chili, and others to serve as additives. If this sauce was done well, it would be a divine sauce for meals, especially delicious.
Whether it was soy sauce, vinegar, or sauce, the first step was to soak the soybeans and ferment them. This process takes about a month, followed by step-by-step procedures, and the sauces would be fully matured and ready to eat, but not until autumn.
