Anyone who hasn't worked within the Federation Government system will never understand how challenging it is here.
Moreover, not everyone who works for the Federation Government is a politician.
They distinguish clearly between the "Law Enforcers" and "Rulers"; the former are just ordinary people similar to those who work in factories, common people—not politicians, just workers, workers of power.
The gentlemen grant them certain authorities endowed by power to maintain the gentlemen's status and authority.
But this doesn't mean they are politicians, part of the ruling class—they're at most part of the privileged class, not even the highest tier.
True politicians, rulers, refer to those who can decide the fate of many because of a creative idea or a spur-of-the-moment consequence.
Mayors, governors, the President, senators at various levels, government officials—these are bona fide politicians or aspiring ones, their status clearly above that of the Law Enforcers.
