This city is actually the western gateway of Decheng.
Even if we don't mention capturing Hisar, just surrounding Hisar could pose a threat to Decheng.
However, the threat to Decheng is not only from the west.
To the south, another assault force has already reached the outskirts of Jaipur, and it is very likely to bypass Jaipur and advance towards Mathura on the south side of Decheng.
This force is the 24A Infantry Brigade, one of the two reinforced brigades that previously assisted the Fifth Marine Division in operations in the south.
After capturing Udaipur, the 24B Infantry Brigade headed north to Jodhpur, while the 24A Infantry Brigade moved eastward, occupying Bundi after taking Mandalgarh. After terrifying the Northern Cluster retreating to Kota, the brigade then turned north.
As a result, while the Central Army was watching Jodhpur, the brigade advanced north from Bundi.
By the time the Seventeenth Armored Division captured Jodhpur, the brigade had occupied Dongge.
