Lord Cao Xing did not believe the Watcher Leader would really let this go so easily.
So he pressed the Communication Device at his ear and dialed a connection.
"Zzz… zzz…"
When the static sounded, Cao Xing spoke quickly: "Your Majesty the King, this is Cao Xing."
After a moment, the Old King's aged voice came through to his ear.
"Lord Cao Xing, speak."
Cao Xing said, "You should have seen it too. By now, the Blood Transmission Pillars across the world have almost all been cleared out."
"Yet these past few days, those two Demigods, the Watcher Leader and the Blood Commander, haven't made any moves at all, they're not even paying the slightest attention to my few Legendary Citizens."
"I suspect they may be conducting some sort of operation in secret."
The Ice Crystal King replied, "I understand what you mean, Lord Cao Xing. I share the same concern."
