Celine woke up early, her excitement bubbling over as she quickly washed up and changed, before rushing out of her room while her two escorts scrambling to keep up.
"Princess! Please don't run in the hallway!"
"But Lyzia said yesterday we were going sightseeing in the market~!" Celine called back, her voice light and excited as she skipped down the corridor.
"Your Highness! It's still too early! Princess Lyzia might not be awake yet, and the staff are still preparing breakfast for everyone!" Jiowana protested, trying to keep pace.
Celine ignored her, her excitement carrying her forward until she reached Lyzia's room. Two elven guards stood outside, nodding politely as she approached.
"Good morning, Princess Celine."
Celine's eyes gleamed with anticipation. "Is Lyzia awake yet?"
The guards exchanged a glance. "We are not certain if Her Highness is awake or still resting, Princess."
