Cass found that the book had been completely discarded and his face was being held between Edgar's hands. Edgar's lips were pressed against Cass' burning cheeks when the sound of the bathroom door opening made both men pause.
They turned, their eyes taking on a monstrous glow as they looked over at the human knight illuminated by the bathroom light.
Gideon's face was still flushed, his eyes a little dazed as he clutched onto the goblet in his hand like a lifeline. He had put on the towel again, his other hand holding the towel up around his hips as he stood there. He didn't scan the room at first, still a little dazed before he raised his gaze and found Edgar and Cass.
The two were practically wrapped around each other, Edgar in Cass' lap, squeezing his cheeks with his hands. Gideon's dazed green gaze narrowed and Cass felt that the look was a warning.
"What are you two doing?" He asked and Edgar let out a soft breath.
