Lucian didn't give Cass what he wanted right away. He took what he said very seriously, and he meant it when he said he wanted to get Cass used to four fingers. He did, however, change their positions.
He wanted to make it easier to transition between preparing Cass and fucking Cass, and so Cass found himself flipped on his back once more. It was different this time though. Edgar was also on his back, at Cass' side, and he was holding onto Cass' hand. Their fingers were interlocked and Cass knew he wouldn't be alone in this new, strange experience.
