Wilderness (City-A)
Stella moved to the second beast in a flash. Her starlight wings cut through the neck of the other beast.
The Tier-6 Hybrid Dog sensed something was amiss a second earlier. But its speed was not that fast.
It could only watch its head being cut off from its body. The decapitated head then rolled across the ground.
Pfff!
Blood spurted out from the severed neck like a torrent of water. It stained the ground in a flash. By that time, Jeremy Night had drawn closer to the third beast.
He then unsheathed the blade and covered it in starlight power. Unlike the previous time, no thread appeared.
Instead, his blade was covered in pure starlight energy. The blade was shining with white light.
Seeing that, Jeremy Night's heart stirred. But he didn't stop his momentum.
He immediately called Stella back to the mental zone. In a flash, she disappeared and appeared back inside his mental zone.
"Shadow Slash!"
Right then, he used the speed ability along with the blade.
