▪︎ Petal of Salvation " 24th Solara " 7:30am (Malgarit Year 1056, Shimar, Amethys Core mission Day 2)
It was early morning when our boat finally arrived at the sprawling borderlands of Shimar. The landscape before us was an incredibly lush, overgrown forest area, thickly packed with towering trees and winding green vines that stretched out as far as the eye could see. Despite the abundant shade from the heavy canopy, the environment was overwhelmingly hot and humid. We had been dispatched here on a vital mission to find the missing core of the Stagehand known as Amethys. The small party chosen for this undertaking consisted of myself, Ms. Murmurae, and Sir Briar.
The name of the Stagehand's core in question intrigued me quite a bit. Amethys. It sounded almost identical to Amethyst, the name of a well-known violet gemstone.
