Chen Xuantian wasn't in a hurry to go in. He first peeked through the door. There was a person inside the cubicle. However, it didn't appear to be Xuan Du, nor a child, but a gray-skinned humanoid creature, with no clothes on. Judging from the proportions of its hands, feet, and spine, its height must be over two zhang. The whole 'person' was curled up with its back to the door, unable to move. It's unclear how it was stuffed in there. Apparently, it was some kind of monster.
So, Chen Xuantian withdrew his hand, and the cubicle was once again shrouded in cloud and mist. He went on to check another room.
Inside this one was a lizard about eight feet long, or perhaps a crocodile, maybe some kind of Drake. All in all, it looked like the usual reptile, with nothing peculiar at first glance. However, being able to have a private space on the Titan suggested it was an evolved Chimera, perhaps a solitary beast.
