Although the Ksitigarbha Hall has long been built into Fengdu in the mortal world's scenic area, in reality, the Womb of the Earth Bodhisattva has not been able to enter the true Fengdu.
From the Bodhisattva's earlier assistance through True Monarch Pu Du's avatar in building the True Monarch System, and later personally crafting the official, it can be seen that in terms of material selection, they have not truly touched the core of the Underworld.
Ghost Kings like the White Crane Child, in fact, have never been an official in the Underworld; instead, they seem more like local martial vagabonds absorbed into the system.

Yin Meng is a bloodline key, I am an inheritance key, and the tricolored glow sealed there at the three incense points originally comes from the Underworld, esteemed in status, it's a key voluntarily presented from within the Underworld.
