Drew's grip on his weapon tightened. "That's not wind…"

A faint sound followed. Like rustling and something dragging… something spreading.
Assistant Lin's eyes narrowed. "It's moving."
Major Kyle's voice turned sharp. "Stop extracting. Everyone back to defensive positions."
The soldiers reacted immediately. The gasoline containers were left half-filled as they quickly retreated and formed a perimeter.
Gio stepped closer to Sylas. "You can feel it now?"
