Dawn decided to go ahead and also express her displeasure since she wanted them to clear it all up now that Jamal seemed more inclined to hear her out.
"If the case were reversed, would you want me to behave the way you did? Would you expect me to end things without even giving you the benefit of doubt?"
"I gave you the benefit of doubt when I asked why you missed Lucy," Jamal said defensively.
"Yet you went behind me to call the spa? Have you ever even trusted me? Have you stopped to think that I wouldn't have missed Lucy in the first place had you picked me up or told her you changed your mind?
