Cai Qiu's governance over Evergreen Valley extends only to Red Tiger Ridge, which is the middle section of Evergreen Valley, while the entire southern half of Evergreen Valley has no stationed army encampments set by Cai Qiu.
The so-called Green Jade Valley Camp is actually the River Valley Village at the northernmost side of Green Jade Valley, where the Xia Army must be stationed. For convenience, it is named according to the rules of the Southern Slope Territory.
Despite the rebellion last night being vast in scale, it did not affect the villages around Green Jade Valley at all.
The reason is quite simple. The battle took place at the northern entrance of Bone-Eroding Path, while even the southernmost Qingtan Village of Green Jade Valley is ten kilometers away from the northern entrance, so naturally, it wasn't impacted by the conflict.
