He laughed so hard he fell to his knees, pounding the ground forcefully. Vados waved her staff, and the ground was instantly reinforced.

"Are you really that fast?" Vados's feet remained planted in place. With a flip of her wrist, her staff deftly blocked Ino's whip kick.
Just as the move was executed, she realized Ino had already arrived in front of her again, throwing a punch straight at her face.
Vados only defended without attacking. Her feet still didn't move; she merely held her staff with one hand, parrying and blocking, occasionally turning sideways or bending at the waist to dodge a couple of times.
She quickly understood. "This isn't high speed at all, it's the power of time, isn't it? Can Supreme Kais like you arbitrarily jump through time?"
Ino nodded. "That's right. In battle, I can instantly appear at five different points in time."
Champa had long since run back. Sitting on the ground now, his fat face was covered in question marks. "What does that mean?"
Neither of them paid him any mind. Ino continued her fierce assault. Vados's expression grew a bit more serious. Fighting an opponent who used Time Power was a very novel experience for her as well.
"Your time is under my control!" Ino spread her five fingers, attempting to lock onto Vados's point in time. A full four intangible, formless chains of time shot toward Vados.
The Angel big sister frowned slightly. Even though her brain was still pondering the mechanics of this attack method, her body had already reacted a step ahead. There was no explosion, no flash of fire; with a mere shift of her shoulders, she easily neutralized Ino's control over time.
"Incredible! Is this the Angels' Ultra Instinct?"
