He had always wanted a mate, more than anyone in the Order Line, but Kai's obsession was on a different. "She has red hair." He would say to them. It was all about a girl he had never met her. How far would he go when he finally met her?
Everyone knew Kai had always been a strange boy. He could always predict things. He predicted Orion's death. His twin brother was one of the concrete pieces of evidence he had gathered that Kai wasn't who he said he was.
But what could he do? Kai was his best friend. The silver-haired boy who protected all of them and killed three Rogues at the age of thirteen. The same boy who tucked Regulus into bed for years after Orion's death.
