Numerous sparks of lightning erupted from the portal, accompanied by a piercing wolf howl.
The hall of the building, which had recently been illuminated by light and flames, was now filled with sparks. All the electrical appliances around went out of order in an instant.
No longer a small wolf cub jumped out of the portal, but a rather large, menacing wolf, sparkling with purple lightning.
Instead of a small metal sphere, a powerful metal skeleton was now materialized inside the wolf, making its image even more sinister.
His eyes sparkled with the rage he shared through his bond with Ned.
"She's mine," Ned said, raising his spear, which was now made of flame and the energy of madness, and pointing at the Guardian of Light.
"The rest are yours," he added, and wings of pinkish-purple flame appeared behind him. Ned rushed towards the woman, who had wings of light materializing behind her.
