"Well, go on, do your own thing," Anna gently pushed Arabel out of the bedroom. "We'll take care of our grandchildren ourselves, don't worry."
"Baaaaa!" came the crying. Arabel wanted to go over and comfort her daughter, but Anna stopped her.
Richard gently picked up his granddaughter and began to lull her to sleep. To everyone's surprise, the girl instantly calmed down.
"You see, we can handle this on our own," Anna said with a smile.
Arabel nodded, taking one last look at her children, and left the bedroom.
Bera was waiting for her outside.
As soon as the door closed behind her, Arabel stopped and addressed Bera.:
"Bera, stay and look after them. If anything happens, please help them."
"Okay, big sister, you can rely on me," Bera said with confidence. As a Doppelganger, if necessary, she could transform into Arabel herself and help Anna and Richard calm the children.
"Thank you, Bera," Arabel said, and went down to the first floor.
