With a heaven-shaking blast, surging Purple Light exploded outward, scattering all the lightning.
Qin Yi's figure emerged.
The Thunder Beast's eyes suddenly bulged round, looking a bit comical, as if it hadn't expected this little runt to actually survive.
"Roar!"
The Thunder Beast let out a Thunder Shock–like howl at Qin Yi, but no lightning sprayed out.
Qin Yi let out a cold laugh. "What a fine brute. Let me see just how strong you really are."
He formed a Sealing with one hand.
Purple Light roiled, and a Purple Giant Blade over ten zhang long appeared within the storm zone.
Qin Yi's fingers turned into a blade, slashing down through the air.
"Boom!"
Wind rolled and clouds surged as the massive Purple Blade cleaved down.
The Thunder Beast's body was simply too huge to dodge; it was struck squarely on the back by the Purple Blade.
