The situation inside the room was abruptly halted when they heard someone's words. Qin An subconsciously stopped back and saw who came.
It was He Li.
The latter was looking at them with an expression that he couldn't understand but he just stepped back again subconsciously, totally distancing himself to Zhi Anming.
"Marshal!" Zhi Anming's body suddenly went stiff and he greeted the man with nervousness. However, He Li didn't even bother to look at the young man and his eyes just settled on Qin An.
"...." The atmosphere suddenly turned cold when He Li's presence was inserted and the awkward silence engulfed the room.
Zhi Anming looked at the two and felt like he needed to leave the room. Although he really doesn't want to. He still wanted to say something about Qin An privately but looking at the Marshal who had no intention, he knew he had to leave instead.
