Kairos's tired gaze flickered to the mortal that had dared to enter his cave. His massive body stretched causing the golden scales to shimmer under the warmth of the opening at the top of the cave that allowed the sun to cast its warmth inside. His large snake-like golden orbs tracked the older woman slowly as she moved toward him without fear. He didnt not meet many that did not arrest him.
"Your time has come Ancient one." Kairos's head lowered slowly. The woman seemed to speak in the tongue of the beasts.
"And who you are to command me mortal?" His deep growl slid over the cave walls creating an echo. The older women removed her hood and immediately the dragon lowered its entire self against the cool stone.
"Goddess why are you in human form and what are you doing here? You are not meant to interfere with the humans." The woman's appearance shifted then. Replacing the writhed skin, was a golden hue of turned and the grayed hairs of her head turned a deep shade of crimson.
"Hush now. You my beauty are the only time and space dragon that I ever created and your purpose has come. Among the druids. They have lost their heir. I want you to bring her soul from the future and put it into the body that lays in a glass coffin in The Hallowed Crowns Cradle." Kairos stilled and then he let out a long breath.
"You wish me to bring her soul back to her previous life? I do not understand why you wish for me to do this. It is dangerous. She could return fractured and have no memory of her time or life that was here." The goddess laughed softly and reached out patting his snout with affection.
"That does not matter. I have seen the possibility of Avalon and she is the key to its rise. She must be here." Kairos rose again and his wings spread as far as the cave walls would allow him. The air around him sparked with a gold shimmer and his body gave off a steady low vibration as a pale golden hue cached his scales.
"As you wish mistress."
