Chapter 315: Observation Haki Domain, an Unexpected Discovery
Uchiha Dali took a brief rest and began tallying up the gains he had reaped in less than half an hour.
First was his Observation Haki.
Until now, he had always believed that his Observation Haki had already reached its peak.
But in truth, that wasn't the case.
With his heaven-defying comprehension continuing to exert its effect, Uchiha Dali broke through his previous limits once more.
At this moment, he silently murmured in his heart: "Observation Haki—Domain Unfold!"
Instantly, the entire world before his eyes presented a completely unique scene, utterly different from before.
Previously, his Observation Haki could already cover the entire Shinobi World with ease.
Aside from that mysterious barrier, there was no corner of this planet he could not sense.
But that was achieved through a combination of "hearing" and "seeing," constructing a three-dimensional image within his mind.
That image was not something Uchiha Dali could truly see.
This time, however, it was different.
He could actually see the changes in the world before his eyes.
His ears picked up countless sounds, and wherever his gaze fell, no matter how far—thousands of miles away—he could see his target's every move in an instant.
This was the Observation Haki Domain.
A brand-new realm that belonged exclusively to Observation Haki.
Within this domain, every form of perception was under Uchiha Dali's command.
Hearing, smell, touch, sight…
Aside from being unable to directly harm or physically touch his target with Observation Haki, he felt as though within this domain he could do as he pleased.
In this state of overwhelming perception, no one could have secrets.
Of course, Uchiha Dali had no interest in using it for perverse amusement.
He pushed his Observation Domain further outward.
Very quickly, his Observation Haki broke through the sky, soaring beyond the clouds and spreading into outer space.
The first celestial body caught within its range was naturally the moon.
The moon had once been home to the descendants of Hamura Ōtsutsuki.
But now, within Uchiha Dali's perception, it was utterly lifeless, devoid of anything.
Those descendants of the Sage of Six Paths' younger brother, who should have remained there, seemed to have all vanished.
Uchiha Dali knew that a boy named Ōtsutsuki Toneri was supposed to be there.
Now it seemed he already understood what had happened.
"No wonder that bastard Ōtsutsuki Isshiki was able to reincarnate successfully. Looks like the branch clan of Ōtsutsuki on the moon had already met with misfortune."
His perception moved past the moon, exploring the even more distant cosmos.
In that moment, Uchiha Dali felt his world open up.
It was like a small world suddenly colliding with a vast one.
The narrow perspective limited by the Shinobi World suddenly expanded countless times over—before his eyes lay endless stars.
That deep stirring sensation, born from the core of his heart, made Uchiha Dali's blood surge.
His Observation Domain kept spreading in every direction, expanding in a seamless 360 degrees, as though it could go on forever.
The stars before him seemed to be retreating, constantly refreshing into the background of this unique perspective.
It felt as though Uchiha Dali were piloting a faster-than-light ship through the void.
Suddenly, Uchiha Dali slammed on the brakes.
His perception fixed itself upon a planet wreathed in a dusty yellow halo.
"This is…"
"Mm… such powerful chakra."
Uchiha Dali sensed two incredibly strong chakra presences. While not quite on Isshiki's level, they far surpassed any shinobi within the Shinobi World.
The two chakras originated from that planet, roughly southeast from the one that housed the Shinobi World. The precise coordinates on the star map weren't clear, but that didn't hinder Uchiha Dali from locking onto them.
Faced with these unfamiliar auras, Uchiha Dali began to speculate.
They should be another team of Ōtsutsuki sent to harvest chakra fruits.
"Could it be Momoshiki and Kinshiki? Or someone else?"
Uchiha Dali thought silently.
But the distance was far too great.
This wasn't a matter of thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of kilometers.
At this moment, the two massive chakra signatures were at least half a light-year away—around five trillion kilometers.
Such a distance far exceeded the limits of physical travel.
Even with advanced Flying Thunder God techniques, Uchiha Dali could not simply teleport there.
The chakra required would be astronomical—he'd exhaust himself long before reaching.
Even if he used the transcendent power of the Heavenly Rinnegan, surpassing the Six Paths, and opened a Yomotsu Hirasaka space-time channel, such a jump could never be completed in one step. It would require multiple sequential leaps, each consuming an immense amount of chakra.
Uchiha Dali chose not to take such a risk.
If he arrived there only to collapse from exhaustion, the one to suffer misfortune would be himself.
Though ordinary members of the Ōtsutsuki clan were no longer a threat to him in peak condition, if he were weakened to that degree, he might not even be able to defeat them. After all, they too transcended the limits of mortal flesh.
His Observation Domain pushed further into play.
Although his body couldn't directly traverse the void to their location, Uchiha Dali soon saw their appearances clearly.
As expected, the two were dressed in the garb of the Ōtsutsuki clan.
White robes, pale bluish-white skin, eyes bearing the Rinnegan, Rinne Sharingan, or Byakugan.
Horns of unique shapes protruded from their heads.
The one on the left, in particular, looked almost like a bride—his frame far more delicate and slender than the hulking figure beside him.
Eyebrow-less, with two round marks on his forehead, and a pair of forward-bent rabbit-ear-like horns sprouting from his head.
The features were too distinctive. Though slightly different from memory, when paired with the towering brute next to him, Uchiha Dali could almost certainly confirm their identities.
Just as he had guessed.
Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki and Ōtsutsuki Kinshiki.
The two were, at this moment, plundering chakra from that planet—and they had already succeeded.
Uchiha Dali could even hear their conversation.
"After all this effort for so long, and this is all we got?"
"This can hardly even be called a chakra fruit…"
Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki looked at the few glowing red chakra pills in his palm, curling his lips in dissatisfaction.
Without hesitation, he popped them all into his mouth, not sparing even a single one for Kinshiki beside him.
Then, he ordered coldly: "Let's go. To the next planet."
