"Huh?" Minji turned from the kitchen counter, a glass still in her hand.
Rei sat in front of the TV, staring at the dark, blank screen—his own reflection staring back at him.
"What do these contacts and hair colour even change…?" he murmured, lost somewhere deep in his thoughts.
Minji rolled her eyes, letting out a quiet sigh. She set the glass aside and walked over, dropping onto the couch beside him.
"Listen, kid…" she said, leaning back casually. "I supported your idea. I never said it was the option."
She shifted closer, draping an arm over his shoulders and giving him a firm squeeze. Her fingers ruffled his red hair before she gently grabbed his face, making him look at her.
"If you're doubting yourself, then go back. Be you." Her voice softened, but her gaze stayed steady. "If destiny wants you to know something… it'll make sure you do. Got it?"
Rei hesitated. "You sure…?"
"Tsk—" Minji clicked her tongue, puffing her cheeks slightly. "So? You wanna go back to being your lavender self or not?" She tilted her head, eyes narrowing playfully. "Or are you still planning to hide from something that's gonna find you anyway?"

Rei rushed to the mirror, fingers running through his hair as if trying to recognize the person staring back at him.
Minji stood behind him, efficiently removing his contacts, undoing everything—every layer he had used to disguise himself.
