"Haha!" Ice River Valley's leader grinned even wider. Watching his enemies suffer was far more satisfying than doing it himself.

Immediately, everyone stared at him in disbelief. At this point, he was still talking about a misunderstanding? Had the Burning Flame Valley lost its mind?
Tang Zhen's mouth twitched. What could he do? If he stayed silent and acted like a coward, everything he'd done to win over Xiao Yan would go to waste. Not only would he lose this connection, but he'd also come across as spineless.

His words caused Tang Zhen's face to darken immediately. He understood that the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan wouldn't show any mercy. If he continued to intervene, both he and his daughter, Tang Huo Er, could lose their lives.
"Tang Valley Master, I deeply appreciate your assistance. I, Xiao Yan, am forever grateful," Xiao Yan said solemnly. "But the Heaven Demon Phoenix is not like the Soul Hall. Please, don't get involved in this matter any further."

Ya Zi and Ya Rong froze, their faces turning bitter. Big brother, can't you avoid provoking everyone? You'll get us killed!
"Scoundrel!" As expected, Huang Du roared in fury. His overwhelming killing intent surged like a storm.

A deafening explosion echoed as a golden pillar of Dou Qi erupted, vast and unyielding. Its oppressive force bore down like a collapsing mountain, causing the solid walls of the Dou Saint ruins to crack and split.

Suddenly, the space trembled violently. Everyone's expressions changed as they felt as if the heavens and earth were being gripped by an enormous hand.
The overwhelming aura that had surged like a tidal wave froze midair, utterly immobilized.
"Who's there!?" Huang Du's eyes widened in shock, his tone laced with anger and apprehension.
"Destined to rise? Your Heaven Demon Phoenix clan?" A teasing, elderly voice echoed, carrying a hint of disdain. "You feathered chickens sure know how to brag. Your arrogance stinks worse than foot odor!"
The crowd's lips twitched. That phrase… sounded eerily familiar, as if someone had just said it moments ago.
Before Huang Du could react, a deafening rip sounded. The fabric of space was torn apart, revealing a massive black rift. From within, two figures emerged one elderly, the other robust.
"Heh heh… Third Elder and Hei Qing are here!" Zi Yan grinned, crossing her arms as she prepared to enjoy the show.
Xiao Yi Xian gently patted Zi Yan's small head, smiling softly. This girl was just like Lu Bu always stirring up trouble. Still, Xiao Yi Xian felt a pang of sadness. With the arrival of the Void Ancient Dragon elders, it meant Zi Yan would soon return to her people. After spending so much time together, she couldn't help but feel reluctant to part with the mischievous, adorable girl.
Ya Zi and Ya Rong stared in awe, their delicate faces filled with shock. No way… this can't be…
The Void Ancient Dragon clan hadn't appeared in years. How could they suddenly show up now?
"Who are you to interfere with the matters of my Heaven Demon Phoenix clan?" Huang Du narrowed his eyes, his voice laced with suspicion and hostility.

"What…?" Huang Du's face paled, an ominous feeling creeping into his heart.
"Come on, show me how your Heaven Demon Phoenix clan plans to dominate my people!" Zhu Li smirked, rolling up his sleeves. His bulging muscles radiated an oppressive, primal aura.
"W what are you… planning to do?" Huang Du stammered, his scalp tingling with dread.
"What do you think? I'm going to beat you up!" Zhu Li grinned savagely, stomping forward as his massive fist materialized out of nowhere, hurtling straight toward Huang Du's face.
Boom!
Blood sprayed through the air as pearly white teeth, streaked with crimson, flew out in a gruesome arc.
"Ahhh…" Huang Du clutched his mouth in agony, his face contorted in pain as his body was sent hurtling backward.
But before he could even complete his fall, a massive fist seemed to materialize out of thin air, smashing squarely into his face once more.
"Ow…"
Everyone present stared in wide eyed shock at the unfolding spectacle. Just moments ago, Huang Du had been exuding an air of dominance, passionately proclaiming the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan's grand ambitions of ruling the continent. Yet in the blink of an eye, he was beaten so badly that his teeth were scattered across the ground. A pitiful sight indeed.
"Elder Huang Du!" The other Heaven Demon Phoenix experts, momentarily stunned, finally snapped back to their senses. They shouted in panic and leapt forward, intent on saving him.
"What's this? Tired of living?" Hei Qing sneered coldly, letting out a thunderous roar.
"Roar !"
An immense and terrifying dragon's aura erupted into the sky. A hundred meter long dragon shadow coiled in the air, its eyes sweeping over the nearly one hundred Heaven Demon Phoenixes below.
"A T Too Ancient Void Dragon?!" cries of disbelief rang out in succession.
"Damn it! How can this be a Too Ancient Void Dragon?"
"Impossible! The Too Ancient Void Dragons disappeared eons ago! Isn't Hei Qing supposed to be the last of them?"
Screams of terror echoed as the sudden emergence of a Too Ancient Void Dragon left the Heaven Demon Phoenixes reeling. They had spoken of the dragons in disdain countless times before, but now that a Too Ancient Void Dragon stood before them, they were paralyzed with fear, unable to act.
The Heaven Demon Phoenix clan was clearly caught off guard they had become the proverbial "dragon enthusiasts" in a bad sense, adoring the idea of a dragon when it was absent, but trembling in its actual presence.
Meanwhile, on the ground, the human observers were equally stunned. A Too Ancient Void Dragon? That little pretty boy actually had the support of a Too Ancient Void Dragon?
"Damn it! Damn it! Why won't he die? Why hasn't the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan killed him yet?!" The Ice River Valley's leader turned red with frustration, his fury and helplessness boiling over.
The brief joy of watching his enemy suffer had evaporated, replaced by the bitter sting of anger and helplessness. He could do nothing but seethe.
"Lu Bu… I underestimated you," Tang Zhen thought to himself with a heavy heart, a twinge of regret flickering across his face.
Never in his wildest dreams had he imagined that Lu Bu had connections to the Too Ancient Void Dragons. With such a powerful backing, not even the Soul Hall or the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan would dare to act recklessly against him.
If Tang Zhen had known earlier, he would have done everything to ally with Lu Bu, forging ties not only with him but with the Void Dragon clan as well.
But now, it was too late.
"Chirp !"
A phoenix cry suddenly pierced the air. However, compared to its earlier majestic and domineering tone, this cry was now filled with pain and desperation.
The crowd froze in horror as they witnessed Zhu Li holding a pair of bloodied Heaven Demon Phoenix wings, which he had just brutally torn from Huang Du's body. The gruesome sight left everyone trembling in fear no one doubted the Too Ancient Void Dragons' brutal power now.
"Heh… I've now taken your Heaven Demon Phoenix wings. What are you going to do about it?" Zhu Li sneered, stepping on Huang Du with a wicked grin, mirroring Huang Du's earlier declaration about crushing the Void Dragons underfoot.
"You… You…!" Huang Du's bloodshot eyes burned with rage, his entire being trembling with humiliation and fury as he glared at Zhu Li.
Bang!
Zhu Li smirked and viciously stomped on Huang Du's head. A loud crack followed as a strange, multi colored magic core burst out of Huang Du's skull, radiating red and blue light.
"So ruthless…" murmured some of the onlookers, their faces pale with fear. The Void Dragon clan's cruelty was shocking, their utter disregard for retribution from the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan even more so.
"Long Elder Huang Du!" The remaining Heaven Demon Phoenix members cried out, watching in disbelief as their nine turn Dou Venerate Peak elder was stripped of his magic core without any ability to fight back.
Some quick witted members scrambled forward, desperately catching Huang Du's magic core as it fell. Huang Du wasn't dead yet his face, twisted in anger and pain, floated faintly within the magic core. But he didn't dare look directly at Zhu Li, his frustration boiling over into helpless rage, much like the Ice River Valley leader's.
"Scram!" Zhu Li spat dismissively. "If I see you again, I'll kill every last one of you!"
With that, Zhu Li kicked Huang Du's broken body off his foot. The remaining Heaven Demon Phoenix members, swallowing their anger, retrieved the remains of their elder and slinked away in humiliation.
Even with their numbers exceeding a hundred, the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan could do nothing against two or three Too Ancient Void Dragons.
Zhu Li's sharp gaze swept over the crowd below, causing everyone to flinch. With a wave of his sleeve, space twisted and shimmered. Lu Bu, Xiao Yi Xian, Zi Yan, and the two Nine Nether Earth Python sisters disappeared along with him.
"Heh heh… What an incredible show!"
"Haha, you're right! Watching the Too Ancient Void Dragons crush the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan was like witnessing a scene straight out of legend! What a privilege to see such a sight with my own eyes!"
"Haha! Exactly! I have to brag to my friends about this. They'll regret not coming to the Dou Saint ruins after hearing this story!"
The crowd burst into excited chatter after Lu Bu's group left. Treasure hunting was no longer their priority everyone was still buzzing from the sheer thrill of watching such a legendary confrontation unfold.
Xiao Yan, however, rolled his eyes and quickly gestured for Feng Zun zhe and the Burning Flame Valley members to leave.
He had more important matters to attend to namely refining his teacher's body. As for the Too Ancient Void Dragons battling the Heaven Demon Phoenix clan… well, with Lu Bu around, he figured he'd see plenty more of such spectacles in the future.
Suoyu Mountain Range, Yunyu Sect!
A shadowy figure crept out from a hidden passage and darted away at lightning speed.
"Heh heh… My two elder brothers have finally gone into secluded cultivation. Now's my chance!" The Scorpion Man chuckled sinisterly, his figure flashing rapidly through the air.
He had spent the last few days pretending to cultivate diligently, faking breakthroughs to earn his brothers' trust. Now, with their guard down, he could finally slip away unnoticed.
"Hmm… The Dou Saint ruins are in the Beast Region, right?" The Scorpion Man muttered to himself, clutching a faintly glowing light orb.
With a sly grin, he accelerated toward the Beast Region. He had no intention of meeting with the Demon Flower Evil Lord while the man had shared information about the Calamity Poison Body, his intentions were clearly malicious. Better to avoid him altogether.
This time, the Scorpion Man planned to find the Calamity Poison Body on his own, savor its effects without anyone interfering. Once he was done, even if his brothers grew angry, it would be too late to stop him.
"Heh heh heh… Calamity Poison Body, my little treasure, Grandpa's coming for you!" The Scorpion Man's hideous, wrinkled face twisted into a vile grin as he tore through space, vanishing without a trace.
