The explosion burst from Toshiko's domain. Normally it would only be as destructive as Toshiko wished but his ability to control his powers was hijacked by Isshiki. The explosion was even further enhanced by Mitsuo's self destruction.
It became apocalyptic. It was like a giant meteor from space had struck the land. A shockwave and burning heat spread across the land. It tore apart the buildings and leveled the land. The people were crushed and blown away, some died instantly. It was as if Kagaku were the land of the dinosaurs and its end had finally come.
The inventory recorded the incineration of Kagaku from above. As if recording the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. Luckily the destruction began to fizzle out outside of Kagaku and the world was not destroyed like the dinosaurs. But the damage was done.
In the end all that was left was one giant wasteland where Kagaku once stood with every person dead or dying.

Above a grey wasteland covered in ash and smoke with a dull grey sky a portal opened. A twist in space appeared, it was spherical and it warped light around it like a black hole. It expanded until starlight began to shine from within that sphere of twisted spacetime until a middle aged man stepped out from within, and the wormhole instantly collapsed leaving behind only a faint gravitational wave that shook the surrounding rubble before dissipating into obscurity.
He had simple black clothes that loosely cling to his body and you could see light bend around the contours of his silhouette like a black hole. But other than that the man seemed carefree and simple in appearance.
The man looked around in simple curiosity, taking time to process his surroundings. And then he sighed.
"So the land of Kagaku only lasts three hundred years... Anyways, Kaguya will be needing this."
He flew up in the air and another spherical wormhole appeared again. This time it was much larger, the size of a mountain and it appeared far up in the sky. And then the 10 tails fell from the portal roaring loudly.
Isshiki was crawling in the ground his lower half was completely disintegrated and all his skin was charred off with exposed bone and flesh. The fact that Isshiki was alive was a miracle of sheer Otsutsuki vitality.
"How does it feel?" Toshiko stood over Isshiki in triumph. The explosion had destroyed the rod in Toshiko's head freeing him and letting him regenerate his full body.
Isshiki could only growl in response.
"Oh I forgot. Your vocal cords must be gone now. Normally I would kill you like all the other Otsutsuki, but you have an appointment"
Toshiko took a step back and Isshiki found himself being lifted up and held by the arm. He struggled but the grip was inescapable. Isshiki managed to activate his Byakugan and observe the man who was flying him somewhere. It was a seemingly middle aged man with zero chakra just like Mitsuo who he faced just earlier.
But Isshiki realized that space was distorting around that man. It reminded him of one of the worlds he had travelled to when he was a child. It was a rocky and desolate moon but from above was a black sun that absorbed light surrounded by a ring of light. He remembered being warned by his clan to never approach the Mugans because they like the otsutsuki devoured everything.
But those were just childhood memories that Isshiki was comforting himself with. The man gouged out Isshiki's eyes and struck his ear making him go deaf.
"Why did you destroy his eyes?"
"Don't need them and besides, your system can churn out unlimited dojutsu so why should you care?"
"Fair."
Toshiko and the man stood in silence for an akward moment. Ignoring the desperate struggle of Isshiki thrashing in the mans grip.
"So what now?"
"You feed Isshiki here to the ten tails over there," The man pointed behind him with his thumb over his shoulder, "And I travel back to the future."
Toshiko nodded "It's nice to see you Mikitaka."
"It's nice seeing you too. And don't try to challenge the Otsutsuki god again! We need way more transmigrators to face that being."
"I've learned my lesson."
"I'm ending this here before I ruin the timeline again, just remember to lay low and get the Naruto Canon started."
The wormhole appeared next to Mikitaka again and through it the shining of stars could be seen. Mikitaka threw over the half dead body of Isshiki to Toshiko and walked into the wormhole. The wormhole then closed as if nothing was ever there.
Toshiko flew over to the ten tails that Mikitaka had dropped onto the rubble of Kagaku who was indiscriminately smashing the already destroyed land into further destruction. Toshiko sharply opened his eyes and the multilayered system projections appeared over his eye as a bizarre dojutsu that completely immobilized the ten tails.
Toshiko flew right towards the ten tails mouth and dropped Isshiki into its mouth. Isshiki who had lost both sight and hearing only felt the sensation of falling and the despair of his loss, he could only reflect on the mutual annihilation that Mitsuo had created in the last moments of their fight.
'Mitsuo...'
Isshiki was no more. The Ten Tails began to transform, it twisted into a cylindrical shape as tendrils drilled into the ground forming a gigantic tree. At the top the tree bloomed and a chakra fruit grew from the tree.
'Useless' was Toshiko's only thought when he looked at the fruit. His system which he had internalized into his unique dojutsu was infinitely more than that fruit ever could be.
'When Kaguya finds this... Karma Fruit...' Toshiko pitied Kaguya. She had most certainly experienced true happiness with Tenji and her young children in the land of Kagaku. But now Tenji was probably dead, buried under rubble or scorched by the air. He also pitied Kaguya for the fact that she would have to eat the chakra fruit.
'The conditions have been met, all that's left is to wait. But I should fix this first' Toshiko flew into the sky and activated his System, his eyes glowed in geometric layers as if many system panels were within them and undid his Sage Kotoamatsukami on any of the surviving sages and beings from the summoning lands. He healed thousands of people ensuring their survival in the wake of destruction.
Most Importantly he manipulated fate. "I prophesize that Kaguya Otsutsuki will find the world tree, eat its fruit, and become the progenitor of chakra."
This fate was already there imbedded in the universe itself. Pushing things towards the events of Naruto Canon. The prophecy that Toshiko made only further enforced that fate making sure that coincidences would align to create the result.
A star of prophecy appeared in front of Toshiko. Stars of prophecy are representative of their prophecy and if destroyed the prophecy becomes invalidated. So Toshiko took that glowing light in the air and shoved it into his mouth which put it inside of his inventory.
Toshiko Smiled "I wonder when the next Transmigrator will arrive?"
