He only needed to issue the order, and the Spirit Masters would naturally lead the human soul masters in need of soul spirits to Star Dou Forest, officially establishing cooperation between the two sides.
As for Qiu'er, she didn't return with him to the human world. Instead, she stayed behind to wait for the Spirit Masters who would soon arrive with a group of soul masters seeking soul spirits.

He flew towards it, soon arriving at the door.
Pushing open the brown wooden door, he stepped inside and sat cross legged on the floor.
With a single thought, an ice blue radiance emerged before him, coalescing into a pristine, crystalline core.
This was the Water Dragon King's Divine Core, which he had retrieved from the Icefire Yin Yang Well.
Also known as a Dragon Core, its value was immeasurable after all, the Water Dragon King had once been a God King!
A Divine Core was the heart of a God Beast.
A God King's Core was far beyond ordinary treasures.
If not for Huo Yuhao's Ice God's Flame and Water Dragon King's Soul Bone, he wouldn't have dared to absorb the immense energy within.
Even so, he wasn't planning to rush things.

Every two seals he unlocked granted him a Blood Energy Soul Ring.
If Huo Yuhao could use the Divine Core to generate his own version of Blood Energy Soul Rings, he could use them to fill the space of his Eighth Soul Ring.
If this worked, it would be ideal after all, these soul rings, born from a God King's bloodline, were immensely powerful.
And if it failed…
Well, he could always try to obtain a Divine Bestowal Soul Ring from a higher deity.
