Sheng Tang wasn't sure what it meant to be back together.
Two adults dating as innocently as she and Gu Shiting, it really did feel like playing house.
"I suppose it counts," Sheng Tang gave her brother a definite answer.
She and Gu Shiting were back together, after all.
"That's great!" Sheng Zong beamed, "Now I don't have to worry about you anymore."
"Worry about what?"
"Worry about you being alone in the future," Sheng Zong replied.
After a pause, Sheng Zong added, "For now, don't tell Mom. I think she wouldn't be able to accept it."
"I know."
"Wouldn't Brother Ting have any complaints? You have a contracted boyfriend, but he can't show his face," Sheng Zong asked.
"He won't," Sheng Tang replied.
Sheng Zong thought for a moment and agreed that Gu Shiting probably wouldn't.
Their breakup was Gu Shiting's fault; her grandmother's death was because of his car accident. Given the circumstances now, he should be able to handle it.
