Glancing at the dejected Chu Wu, Bi Xia let out a light hum and walked into the room with her phone, "Did you call me?"
Qin Zhan laughed softly, "Yeah, just wanted to let you know I've arrived, though you probably weren't back by then."
"Hmm?" Bi Xia sat on the bed, uneasily fidgeting with the neatly made sheets, "You knew I wasn't back, so why call Xiao Wu?"
Sitting in the car, Qin Zhan looked out the window with a smile, "Apart from calling my wife, I've never called any woman on purpose. Well, your mother-in-law doesn't count."
Bi Xia: "…Shut up!"
Rolling her eyes, Bi Xia paused, "Wait, so Xiao Wu called you?"
"What do you think?"
Recalling Chu Wu's sinister smile when handing over the phone, Bi Xia finally realized it was indeed a sly grin! She hit her own forehead, blaming herself for being so flustered when she heard Qin Zhan's call and letting Xiao Wu make fun of her!
"It's all your fault!"
"Yes, it's my fault."
"Don't call me again!"
