After the bombardment of port Calcaluta, the PLA immediately launch a offensive attack to the Weakesss point of the GOC at the great wall and as for the GOC that guard the wall, they didn't have any reinforcement.
The PLA cannon rain the wall hundreds of time until it's shows a crack and the PLA soldiers immediately rush in and plant bomb on the crack, it's immediately destroy the wall and the defense finally got breakthrough, allowing the PLA to strike deep inside the wall and making the first breakthrough successfull.
But it's not as easy they thought as the GOC immediately counter attack and make the PLA can't penetrate more deeper into the GOC territory. And force a bloody stalemate between the two as the GOC start entrenched in the area and the PLA while still have the initiative to attack, they don't have the advantage to breakthrough or penetrate the GOC entrenched position.
For now both sides are waiting for the initiative and who will either take the enemy out of the wall or penetrate the entrenched enemy position, it's will be seen for now but there's others things that matters to the Nihon as the GOC try to counter invasions to Nihon lands in the region of Sumatra and Java. So the PLA is on their own as the I.N.N was directed to defend and counter the GOC invasions. A plan was reveal for the counter of GOC attack from sector Tango 2 and the plan is "TORA TORA TORA", sounds childish but it's what happens in reality, the INN already having ambitions to do southern expedition now have their chance to capture the island that very important to the INN infrastructure of warfare.
Han min was given new task to help the PLA to breakthrough or penetrate the entrenched GOC position, there's 2 important things that affects the upcoming war which is logistics and moral, moral is easy to be train as indoctrination is a way that works but logistics that's different if one sides have much more superior logistics, even if you sieged them for 5-10 years they will remain as nothing change while the attacker will lost all their manpower because everyone just desserts. Han min just stare at the person and Put out the cigarettes "Fuck off, I'm not gonna put myself to do this shit job if only I wasn't assigned to be this job"
The guy just chuckled and put down the suitcase "didn't you like this job?"
I just shake my head and look at him "no, I'm not enjoying this job at all, just get to the point what's my next mission"
The guy finally calm down and pull out a document "you must have seen the recent development of this war right?, the PLA already breakthrough the defense but now they are in a stalemate, I need you to sabotage the GOC logistics, if successful, the PLA can break the stalemate quickly"
I stare at the documents and read it "If you're saying that it's pretty much easier for me to do it but you looks like have a second assignment for me?"
The guy look at me "wow, you really read people minds huh? The second assignment was just searching a matching documents, I need you to find this 5 documents inside their files, after that just move it to a flash drive and give it back to us"
I look at him and take the flash drive he give to me "so I just need to copy it?, now my question which one is more important to do first?, if the PLA breakthrough the entrenched position, the GOC will burn all their files and documents but if I takes the files first the PLA will be dead on the place"
The guy looks at me as he prepared to leave "that's your to handle, good luck" as he turn away, Han min can just stare and look at the sky again "I really have to do this, sigh when I will get retirement "
As han min see the guy go away and his step was covered by the storm, he can only return to his outpost and look at the assignment.
There's 5 documents he need to copy to the flash drive which is "Terror bomb Borneo", "Catastrophic Markov ", "Death of Family Shadow", and "The missing of family Joshua"
The others one was a financial which is the HFC needs to sabotage but for the missing of family Joshua was particularly weird as why the HFC must search a missing GOC director that was their enemy?
As han min put it back inside his backpack, he check his rifle and decide to do the second assignment because the library for documents are much closer and it's has less security so he doesn't need to worry and damn it for the one who give me two task in same time "Fuck"
