The next morning arrives more calmly than the day before, the air lighter, the tension that once clung to every breath now gone. Everything has gone as it should. The war is over, and what once felt like a looming threat now seems almost distant.
The Calonian orcs, once a mystery for the Kaelindorian, once felt like they were nightmares, falling far more easily than anyone expected. In the end, for the next batch of Calonian orcs who are going to come and think they can invade Kaelindor, they're on it for a surprise party.
Kaelindor stood as it always had, unyielding and sovereign. The land itself had answered, and that had been enough. Across Viscounty Borough's port, the chaos had already faded into memory. What remained of the wrecked ships was cleared within two days, and the shoreline was restored quickly.
