A gentle breeze of air touched her hair. She looked at the clock.
11 AM.
The events from yesterday were still lingering in her mind. She thought she had lost her sense and couldn't not figure out what was happening to her .The rain, the strange light, the unfamiliar place, and particularly that face-everything felt too real to be dream.
Sakhi sat quietly on the edge of her bed, staring at the floor. The room was silent.
Knock knock..
The sound at the door startled her.
For a moment, Sakhi froze. Her heart began to race, but after gathering some courage, she slowly walked toward the door.
She peeped through the keyhole but there was no one outside.
Hesitantly, she opened the door.
A parcel lay on the ground with a small note placed over it. Sakhi picked it up with trembling hands and slowly unfolded the note.
"Dear Sakhi,
Life is full of mysteries and that's the beauty of it.
So, live your life without worries."
As Sakhi finished reading the note, a cold wind passed through the hallway, carrying a faint whisper from somewhere far away.
"Sakhi.."
