The cultivation techniques of the Domain Realm are like catching fish!
It's like a person standing in the water, first needing to calm oneself down before being able to catch fish.
The fish are Heaven and Earth Primordial Qi.
The cultivator must first quiet down, so as not to scare the fish away, alluring them to swim around oneself.
Then, the cultivation technique's breathing exercise is the hand that catches the fish—as the fish swim close, swiftly catching them, absorbing them into the body, letting the Primordial Qi enter the veins, finally digesting and integrating, and storing it up to become one's cultivation.
During this process, as the Primordial Qi flows within the body, it naturally has a secondary effect of "nourishing and strengthening" the cultivator's body.
Yet, Xie Jiuyan's view is: Wrong! Completely wrong!!
