The morning sun filtered through the high windows of the Jieyou Bookstore, casting long shadows across the freshly installed beverage corner. Han Feng was busy labeling the new "Berry-Mint Soda" when the door chime rang with a melodic, leisurely tone. This wasn't the frantic pace of Klee or the disciplined stride of Jean; these footsteps were soft, deliberate, and carried the faint scent of old parchment and crushed roses.

"My, what a charming little hidden gem we have here," a sultry, sophisticated voice echoed through the shop.

Lisa Minci, the Librarian of the Knights of Favonius, strolled into the room. Her purple dress swayed gracefully, and her wide-brimmed hat tilted slightly as she scanned the modern interior. Behind her followed a young man with messy white hair and a distinct red streak—Kazuha, the wandering samurai from Inazuma, who looked equally intrigued by the shop's unique aura.

"Welcome to Jieyou Bookstore," Han Feng said, wiping his hands on an apron. "I assume the Acting Grand Master sent you?"

Lisa chuckled, leaning against the counter with a playful glint in her eyes. "Jean hasn't stopped talking about 'Haki' and 'intent sensing' since she returned. And poor Kaeya has been vanishing all over the headquarters. As a librarian, I couldn't possibly let a new collection of books exist in Mondstadt without my personal inspection."

Kazuha stepped forward, nodding politely to Han Feng. "I felt a strange resonance in the wind coming from this alley. It spoke of stories from distant shores—some that don't even exist in our world."

"You have a keen ear, traveler," Han Feng replied. He turned to the shelves, where the vibrant spine of Naruto - Volume 1 sat prominently. "Since you're both people of high intellect and discipline, I have something new that might interest you."

He pulled down the first volumes of Naruto and One Piece. "For the librarian who knows everything, perhaps a story about a boy who knows nothing but possesses an unbreakable spirit? And for the wandering swordsman, a tale of a pirate crew seeking freedom on the open sea."

Lisa raised an eyebrow at the 100,000 Mora price tag. "A bit pricey for a picture book, don't you think, cutie? I could buy a whole wing of the library for this."

"The price isn't for the paper, Lisa. It's for the enlightenment—and the physical reward—that comes with finishing it," Han Feng countered smoothly.

Intrigued, Lisa produced the Mora with a flick of her wrist. "Very well. Let's see if your 'comics' can teach a Grand Mage something new." Kazuha, curious about the concept of 'freedom' in a world of pirates, also paid his fee.

The two found a quiet corner near the window. Lisa opened Naruto and was immediately struck by the concept of "Chakra." As a scholar of the Akademiya, she began to analyze the energy system, comparing it to the elemental flow of Teyvat. She found the tragedy of Naruto's isolation deeply moving, seeing parallels in how those with great power were often feared by the mundane.

Kazuha, meanwhile, was lost in the East Blue Saga. The idea of the "Grand Line" reminded him of the dark, lightning-wracked seas surrounding Inazuma. He watched Zoro's struggle with a quiet intensity, recognizing the soul of a true warrior.

Three hours passed in total silence. Han Feng sat behind the counter, sipping his tea and monitoring the shop through his Observation Haki. He could feel the mental energy of his guests fluctuating as they reached the emotional peaks of their respective stories.

Finally, Kazuha closed his book. A faint, peaceful smile crossed his face. "To seek a dream at the risk of one's life... that is a poem written in blood and salt. I find it most beautiful."

A sudden lightness took hold of Kazuha's legs. He stood up and took a step into the air—then another. His foot kicked the air with such force that a small shockwave formed, propelling him toward the ceiling. He began to "walk" through the air as if the atmosphere itself were a solid staircase.

"The wind and the sky are now my paths," Kazuha whispered, hovering effortlessly above the sofa. "This technique... it does not rely on the Vision's grace, but on the strength of the body. Remarkable."

Lisa looked up from her book, her eyes wide. "Walking on air? Without a glider or a gale? That's fascinating." She turned the final page of Naruto, her mind racing with the tactical possibilities of the "Shadow Clone Jutsu" she had just read about.

A purple glow surrounded Lisa. She felt a second source of energy awakening within her—one that was more internal and malleable than the external elements she usually commanded. She stood up and performed a simple hand seal.

Poof!

In a cloud of white smoke, Lisa vanished. In her place stood a perfect replica of Han Feng, right down to the smile on his face.

"My, my," the 'fake' Han Feng said in Lisa's voice. "I could think of many ways to use this to avoid my overdue book duties."

The real Han Feng chuckled. "Careful, Lisa. That's a ninja technique. It requires focus to maintain."

The smoke cleared, and Lisa returned to her normal form, looking slightly winded but thoroughly impressed. "Chakra... a fascinating energy source. It's more personal than the elements. I think I'll need to study this more deeply. Perhaps a daily visit is in order?"

"The shop is always open to scholars," Han Feng said.

As they prepared to leave, Lisa turned back. "You know, Han Feng, the Fatui have been very active lately. If they hear about a shop that grants such powers... they won't be as polite as the Knights."

"Let them come," Han Feng replied, his voice calm and unwavering. "Inside these walls, the only rules that matter are mine."

Lisa smiled, a look of genuine respect in her eyes. "I like your confidence. Until tomorrow, Boss."

As the door closed behind them, Han Feng received a new notification.

[Unique Customers: 9/10. One more for the next Milestone.]

"One more," Han Feng mused. "I wonder who's left in Mondstadt with enough curiosity and Mora to cross the threshold."

He looked at the shelf and saw the glowing cover of the newly drawn Dragon Ball. The power scale was about to take a massive leap forward.
