* POV of Doctor Strange (Law) *
At the moon Titan in the orbit of Jupiter not far from earth at all at least still within the same solar system boundary even though now ordinary technology of human world must use at least 2 decades to travel here with jet propulsion of spacecraft or 1 decade from using gravity slingshot of planets along the way to reach the destination
But today there is a human from earth using only a fraction of a second to travel from New York to arrive at this wide desolate field amid the ruins that once was the prosperous capital city of the Eternals on Titan planet
That person is no one else. . . myself Doctor Stephen Strange or to be more correct Trafalgar D Water Law who still cannot find the reason why suddenly being pulled by DEATH to be in Strange's body
No matter what made me be in this body but what I must do now is live life as the supreme sorcerer to the fullest the mission of opening the dimensional gate to visit this Titan moon is to stop Thanos's plan
And my target right now is already sitting waiting at this field with relaxed manner right hand wearing golden glove with 3 gems installed that with one glance I know with one quick spirit sense I immediately realize which Infinity Stones they are
Power purple physical power impact force and all energies whether temperature speed acceleration can be controlled as wished if the user is strong enough holding this stone and punching once the earth can shatter into pieces
Reality red reality can create all things as wished distort surrounding conditions to follow the user's imagination create virtual reality change desolate planet into heaven or hell according to the user's strength
Soul orange spirit can control spirit of living beings as desired explore examine the course from birth to death of the spirit pull dead person's spirit to talk or pull into corpse like reviving how much depending on the user
" You have arrived. . . Stephen Strange " Thanos greeted immediately while still lowering his head looking at the hand not wearing the Infinity Gauntlet that has dust dirt sand particles slowly flying out from the hand " Welcome to my home planet "
" It is beautiful. . . in the past " My eyes glowed green light of Time Stone for a moment it was just 1 second of real world but I saw the events in the past 200 years ago when this planet was still beautiful before it collapsed from lacking important energy to drive the planet causing chaos fighting over resources until becoming small war before ending with only 40% of total population surviving all scattered to settle elsewhere
And that was the starting point of Thanos carrying out the plan that made him earn the nickname Mad Titan of War that is creating his own army invading various planets to seize resources kill half of intelligent living beings on that planet doing this for hundreds thousands of planets throughout the past 2 centuries
" Yes " Thanos nodded before standing up staring at me intensely " Greed of people made this planet collapse "
Red light glowed from Reality Stone changing the surrounding landscape into wide field in the middle of the prosperous capital city 200 years ago letting me see it was the same image as when I used Time Stone to look just now
" My goal. . . is half the universe must sacrifice so the other half can continue to exist "
" It is a goal fitting for a supreme villain " I answered back immediately while looking at the surrounding images that showed the final war before this Titan became a desolate planet sound of children screaming amid shouting sounds of fighting with weapons with various special powers it was so realistic it was terrifying especially the image of a child running in front of me stumbling and falling then hit by stray golden beam from clash of which side unknown coming to burn and destroy the head until only the body twitching convulsing before going still
" For all things to continue to exist there must be those who sacrifice " Thanos emphasized again with firm voice " Like how some of us Eternals left earth cut off relations immortal life cycle to let Humans beloved children of CELESTIAL. . . "
Thanos emphasized the name of his race the cycle name of my race and the name of the primordial race that created all things as I had read with vengeful voice
" Have the opportunity to evolve themselves. . . Many groups of Eternals all do this with hope that the universe will grow well but in the end. . . calamity is about to happen "
" Killing half the universe's living beings will stop the calamity? " I asked back while my eyes glowed green light again in that fraction of a second I checked back thousands of years until I knew and understood the word immortal life cycle that Thanos claimed
It is an amazing yet goosebumps mechanism
every time an Eternal dies 1 human on earth will be the sacrifice die sacrifice spirit to revive that Eternal!
Normally Eternals have immortal life no illness body does not age but can die from injury from various fights
this mechanism is to let Eternals protect humans from Deviants monsters created by Celestials as well like the direct opposite pole of Eternals that will have the duty to stimulate evolution for humans
Eternals are guardians staying far away not helping until Deviants invade and destroy too heavily beyond handling Deviants are evil demons periodically invading humans to let humans grow evolve find ways to survive
' If compared to medicine Deviants are pathogens Eternals are vaccines ' I summarized simply in my heart before regaining composure after diving deep in the past time flow 2 millennia to return to present intending to listen to what Thanos is saying
" That calamity does not happen in a hundred years or a thousand years from now but it may be a hundred thousand years or a million years. . . Cleansing half the universe will extend time for at least 100 million years it is restoring environment of each planet reducing use of biological energy and magic as well. . . the fact that you Strange eliminated Dormammu can also be considered greatly reducing the burden on the reality condition of our universe. . . you should understand my objective well "

" I am Thanos and my goal is not killing living beings for fun personal happiness. . . I do it for all life "

" How dare you claim to be the representative of one of the universe's balances !" Thanos roared loudly just using special power of Eternal of Titan planet is already enormous at the level of summer storm without needing to rely on the 3 Infinity Stones in the glove at all
Gust of wind blew dust dirt building debris around flying far but I still stood still thanks to opening Winds of Watoomb in advance both hands raised palms up in surgeon preparing to enter operating room pose to show the D E A T H tattoo on the knuckles of both hands for Thanos to see
