Alina's eyes shifted toward him and paused.
He stood slightly apart from the others, his arms loosely at his sides, his expression calm and distant, as if none of this really concerned him. But there was something in the way he held himself, something in the stillness of his gaze, that suggested he was watching everything.
His icy blue eyes were striking, almost glowing under the sunlight, the kind of eyes that seemed to look through you rather than at you. His hair was snow white, falling softly around his face in waves that caught the light, and small, delicate horns of the same icy shade curved slightly from his head, catching the light like frost on glass.
