Eva's eyes flew open in terror.
In the living room, a man sat on her shabby sofa and was drinking a coffee as he read the newspaper!
His long legs were crossed and his leather shoes were polished to a high shine. He looked like he was enjoying himself.
Compared to her terror, he was much calmer
He just narrowed his eyes in satisfaction, "Awake?"
What... what the hell was going on?!!
Eva glanced down at her naked body then wrapped herself in her blanket.
"When did you get here?"
"Last night."
"Last night..."
She recalled last night.
When she left the theatre, she had felt cold.
Her arm was scratched on the way home and she wasn't sure if she had any other injuries.
She had been very dizzy when she got home and had immediately fallen asleep, then...
"You had a fever last night. I called a doctor and it's gone down now." Eva was very lucky.
