'I still need to improve this. It's been a while since I've had an External Complex Law. My last one was the Law of Meteor, and I've never truly made use of it. In order to make full use of my External Complex Law, I need to refine it further. I need to create its own Fragments, or in other words, I need to create techniques or something similar.'
