Although life in the village doesn't get any better but held together by the elders somehow. The roads where they used to go to the town has been blocked by bandits and the realms has got more terrifies than ever.

The mountains, where Grimwood Hallow village lied, is where the only few places, where Cursed have not effect them yet.

As my friends and I were hiding in the bush, without making noise, as we watch [] aiming to shoot an arrow in a fat distance to a deer who just drinking in the lake. It was quiet, and then the arrow shoot. The deer got shot in the shoulder lying down in pain, screaming. We then quickly run to the deer. [] who reach before us kneel down before the deer holding her. He whispered some kind of words(I still doesn't know the language) and quickly end her. He kneel there, silently. I got more confused as my friends joined by my friends. They hold their own hands and whisper to the dead deer. That's when I realized, they pray for the deer. I didn't know whether they have religion or not till now.

What a fascinating thing I witness. Turn out, these people are Animist who worship element nature as their deity. Whether it's a rock, Tree, weather, or animal they believe they all have spirit and every spirits play an important role balancing the world and nature. They have a proverb that says," Balance with the nature so that you may lived long" something like that, which I learn many years from now.

We headed back home carrying the deer. As we reach the Village, they celebrate us as some kind of victory. They were very happy. It was a rare moment because I don't see them genuinely smile much. The meat was distributed equally to everyone.
