Chapter 18: Turtle School Polish & The Shadow of Namek
Following the encounter with Raditz and the Saiyan pods, Ron knew his sons were formidable, but they lacked one critical foundation: traditional martial arts mastery.
Tony relied heavily on his technological genius and Force Control armor synthesis, while Gojo Brief leaned on his innate Infinity techniques and inherited Six Eyes. Neither had truly mastered the art of suppressing their presence down to a whisper, controlling their breathing under pressure, or moving with pure, unyielding physical discipline.
So, on a bright Tuesday morning, Ron walked his two sons down to Kame House.
The Turtle School Academy
Master Roshi stood on the sandy shore, leaning on his wooden cane while squinting through his sunglasses at the two young prodigies.
"So, Ron," Roshi chuckled, stroking his white beard. "You want me to train these two monsters? Your oldest wears a suit that can split mountains, and your youngest stops energy blasts with his mind."
Ron, looking sharp and handsome in a dark fitted tunic with his hands resting in his pockets, smiled warmly.
"They have the power, Master Roshi," Ron said smoothly. "But power without foundation is just noise. I want you to teach them what you taught Goku and Krillin—how to conceal their breath, how to feel the flow of life around them, and how to fight when their fancy techniques run out of energy."
Tony tapped his wristband, allowing his Mark IX Nanotech to completely retract into his watch. "I'm ready, Master Roshi. Show me what I'm missing."
Gojo Brief pulled off his dark sunglasses, his crystalline blue Six Eyes gleaming with quiet excitement. "Teach us, old man!"
For six months, Roshi put the two Brief brothers through the classic, brutal Turtle School regime—delivering milk at dawn with heavy turtle shells strapped to their backs, plowing fields with their bare hands, and learning the delicate art of Zanshin (total spiritual awareness and breath control).
The Power-Up: Iron Ki & Atomic Breath
The traditional training yielded incredible results.
Through Roshi's guidance on breath control and presence concealment, Tony discovered a way to bind his Force Control Ki directly into his body's cellular structure. His base strength spiked dramatically, allowing him to channel Ki directly through his physical muscles without relying on his armor's battery life. He dubbed this new state "Iron Ki Body."
Meanwhile, Gojo Brief mastered complete breath suppression. By locking his breathing into absolute silence, his Six Eyes achieved a whole new tier of atomic perception. He learned how to shrink his Infinity Barrier down to a paper-thin layer over his skin, reducing its energy consumption to nearly zero while increasing its defensive density tenfold.
"Hoho!" Roshi laughed from his porch, watching Tony shatter a boulder with a light palm strike while Gojo stood completely invisible to Ki sense. "They're naturals, Ron! Absolutely terrifying naturals!"
Ron stood beside Roshi, a handsome smirk on his face as he watched his sons train.
Perfect, Ron thought secretly. Their foundations are set. Now they're truly ready for whatever space throws at them.
Meanwhile, in Deep Space: The Namek Discovery
While peace reigned on Earth, a dark shadow was expanding across the galaxy.
Deep inside the command deck of his leviathan flagship, Frieza sat in his hovering pod, swirling a glass of red wine. Standing beside him was his top advisor, Zarbon, monitoring space transmissions.
"Lord Frieza," Zarbon reported, bowing deeply. "Our scout ships intercepted the final transmission from Vegeta's Scouter before he retreated from Earth."
"Oh?" Frieza purred, his voice smooth, high-pitched, and laced with casual malice. "Did Prince Vegeta find anything of interest on that backwater rock?"
"No, my Lord," Zarbon replied. "Vegeta encountered unexpected resistance and fled. However... his Scouter picked up audio logs mentioning a legend from Earth."
Zarbon brought up a holographic projection of seven orange spheres marked with stars.
"According to the chatter, these seven spheres—called Dragon Balls—can grant any wish when brought together," Zarbon explained. "Furthermore, Vegeta's logs reveal that these orbs originated from a planet called Namek."
Frieza's red eyes gleamed with intense, wicked ambition. The idea of eternal youth and absolute immortality made his blood run hot.
"Any wish, you say?" Frieza chuckled, a chilling sound that made the surrounding guards shiver. "Set coordinates for Planet Namek immediately, Zarbon. It seems we are going on a treasure hunt."
The Call to Action
Back at Capsule Corp, Bulma's high-frequency orbital satellite picked up a sudden surge of Frieza Force ships changing trajectory toward the Sector 76-Namek coordinate.
"Guys! Look at this!" Bulma yelled from her lab, pulling up a holographic galaxy map. "A massive alien fleet just diverted toward a planet called Namek! And according to the ancient texts I found... that's where the original Dragon Balls came from!"
Goku, who was visiting Capsule Corp for lunch, slammed his fist into his palm with a huge grin. "Namek?! That means we can go check out the planet where Piccolo came from!"
Tony walked in, wiping sweat from his forehead with a towel, his physical presence now so perfectly concealed that his Ki was completely unreadable. "If an alien army is going after magic wish-granting spheres, we can't just sit here and do nothing."
Ron stepped into the room, looking effortlessly handsome with a relaxed, confident air. He glanced at the holographic galaxy map, his dark eyes flickering behind his easygoing expression.
So, the Namek Saga begins, Ron thought, a sharp grin touching his lips.
He didn't need to say a word about his own secret 150 Million Battle Power or his unrevealed Grimmjow Resurrección form. Instead, he casually snapped his fingers.
"Alright, crew," Ron chuckled, stretching his shoulders. "Bulma, build us a high-speed spaceship. We're going to Planet Namek!"
