From the moment she stepped out the door, Tang Yige knew that she would never look forward to going home again.
Tang Yige hugged her arms tightly and lowered her head, quickening her steps as she moved forward.
"Yige, Yige..."
Behind her was the sound of Zhou Xueran's hurried footsteps and voice.
Once she stepped out of the living room, there was a row of about a dozen steps; Tang Yige quickened her pace, pulled open the iron gate, and rushed out.

Tang Yige's car was parked on the roadside outside the gate. She reached out to open the car door but heard Zhou Xueran's scream coming from behind.

Tang Yige's chest tightened. She closed the car door and quickly walked back, crouching in front of Zhou Xueran, nervously holding her arm, "Mom, where did you fall?"
