Vincent Reed got shouted at but still wore a cheeky smile, thick-skinned as ever: "Matthew, you can be a hundred percent sure, I guarantee little sis-in-law is fine. Caring too much leads to panic; you just care too much about her, that's why you're so worried."
Matthew Saxon shot him a sharp glance: "You guarantee? With what? Vincent Reed, if she comes to any harm, I'll throw you into the crocodile pit at the Saxon Family's backyard."

He'd seen that crocodile pit at the Saxon Family once.
Ugh, just that once, remembering it now still makes him shudder.
Those crocodiles may be domesticated, but they're not at all tame. If anything living falls in, it would be torn to pieces instantly.
