"You don't know? How could you possibly not know?" Matthew Saxon suddenly pulled her into his arms, his arms wrapped around her waist like vines, not allowing her to leave. He lifted her chin again, his eyes blazing with fire. "You were talking in your sleep. I heard you call out the name 'Little Tail' with my own ears. You were crying and shouting for it not to leave."
"Scarlett Yates, I need to know what you dreamed about. Just tell me everything from your dream, and I'll let you go."
"Tell me, why do you know about Little Tail?"
His fingers seemed to dig into her flesh, causing intense pain around her wrist. Scarlett Yates broke out in a cold sweat from the pain.
But Matthew Saxon didn't care about her at all.
In his eyes, he couldn't even see her face turning pale from the pain.
Ever since Scarlett called out that name, he had been pondering what exactly she dreamed of.
