[3rd POV] [With the kids]
At the moment the kids were out and about. Milim had insisted upon showing Amity around more of the DC world, wanting to show her places like Tokyo, Paris, Rome, and a few other areas around the world, ones that were not just specific to the United States that she has seen up until this point.
So far they had been to Tokyo, which had very quickly overwhelmed Amity who had no idea what she was doing, where she was, and what in the world was going on. The city was absolutely giant, and had people EVERYWHERE. This made it hard for her to understand what to do and where to walk.
So they had left pretty quickly after they had shown her a few spots that they had liked. Naruto had accompanied them of course, as he also wanted to see a few new places that he had not been to yet. Milim had explored on her own already, as she was old enough and strong enough to do that just fine without any sort of problems.
After they had gone to Tokyo, deciding the next object of their visit had taken a bit, but they had eventually decided on Hong Kong, since it was close, and an equally as incredible city, not to mention important. Hong Kong in the DC universe was certainly better than the one that Wanda would have known from her past life, and was larger too.
Hong Kong had been an interesting place to go to, it was not as chaotic as Tokyo, but it had been damn near close to that level. And it was nearly as large as well.
But it did have a lot more that Amity was comfortable doing, so they had stayed there for a bit longer than they had with Tokyo, that was around an hour or so.
They had already decided to split up their trips to the other parts of the world, so that they could do it over several parts. They planned on doing Asia today, Africa tomorrow, then South America, before finishing on Europe.
After finishing in Hong Kong, they had headed over to Kuala Lampur in Malaysia, and it was there that they had tried curry Laksa, which Naruto had been a pretty big fan off, as it was a noodle dish. And he had come to the slow realization that he was a fan of pretty much any and all noodle dishes.
Ramen was still the best though.
Amity had tried the Asam Laksa which was fish based. She had liked it quite a bit, since fish was a rare food to have back in the Boiling Isles due to the way the waters around the isles were. It was a pretty rare and incredibly expensive delicacy over there.
She liked crab a lot too. But she had only tried it once so far, she had yet to try lobster either, and that one was much more likely to be up her alley. But it was also a bit hard to get at the moment, and she didn't want to try only fish and other seafoods.
Amity had liked Kuala Lampur quite a bit, as it was not nearly as packed as Hong Kong or Tokyo tended to be, and had just as much interesting things to do.
After finishing their time in Malaysia, they had headed over to South Korea, and had decided to go to Seoul, which was another big city, the largest in South Korea.
They had stayed there for around the same amount of time as Hong Kong, and had not explored that much, but they had still enjoyed it either way.
The final city that they had traveled to that was outside of the United States, was Singapore. Which was actually a country and a city at the same time, since Singapore was one singular sovereign city. A very beautiful and large one at that.
It was decided that it was Amity's favorite city to visit. She wasn't sure why, it might be the culture, the vibes, or maybe how advanced it seemed to be. But there was just something about it that appealed a lot to Amity.
After they had finished their time in Singapore, they had decided to head back to the US to have some dinner. And Milim had insisted on going to Happy Harbour, in order to try some lobster for the first time. There was a good place there that specialized in lobster rolls that she wanted to show Amity.
Which is where they were just now, as they sat around a table, lobster rolls in hand, as they were eating.
"I told you it's good!" Milim said with a grin upon seeing the look on her younger sisters face. The pleased sigh that left her and the way she bit into it again a moment later.
"...Yeah you were right. But I still think Mama's cooking is better" Amity replied, as Milim and Naruto snorted.
"Of course mama is better at cooking. I don't think there's a single person in the universe that can compare. And she is the only one in the world that has made ramen better than old man Teuchi" Naruto said, agreeing with his sister's words.
"I think the only one that could compare to mama in cooking is like...a primordial of cooking or something. Mama is way better than any God of Cooking" Milim replied with a nod, while a worker passed by them.
The worker blinked at the words, before shrugging them off as the cute ramblings of children. They were younger, but Milim had provided an ID that showed her as old enough to be buying and dining out so it wasn't a problem.
While they were talking about their mothers cooking, Naruto blinked in surpise as he moved and tapped Milim on the shoulder.
"Huh? What Naruto?"
"Isn't that the one team that we've been pranking?" Naruto asked, pointing over as Milim and Amity both looked over as well. Low and behold, it was indeed the team. There was Superboy, Kaldur, M'gann (who was in her human form), Artemis, Dick, and Wally.
The entire team was walking through the streets of Happy Harbour for who knows what.
"Oooh that is them! Should we go mess with them?" Milim asked with a growing grin as Naruto glanced at his lobster roll and then over at the group of people. Amity sighed at her sisters words, knowing that she would be dragged along at any moment, so she decided on finishing her meal first before she got dragged off to do who knows what.
It was pretty much impossible to know what her sister was going to do, since she was bascially a walking talking bundle of chaos that sort of decided on the fly what she wanted to do for the day. This was both a sweet thing to see, and really damn annoying when it got in the way of business that you want to do for that day.
In this case, Amity wasn't too bothered. She just wanted to finish her meal and then she would be fine with joining Milim in whatever she decided on doing. She hoped it was just a prank and nothing too crazy, but she knew that was a pretty big ask with how Milim tended to be.
If Wanda was here it'd be different...probably. Wanda might just want to prank them too, to be honest.
Amity never knew when it came to her. She was way harder to predict than Milim, and that was...well, a part of her charm, and why she was their mama.
"Should we mess with them right now though? Mama did talk to them not that long ago. And they don't really know us, so they could think we are villains that know their secret identities or something" Amity said, knowing that this could become annoying if they did it the wrong way.
Milim hearing this couldn't help but pout slightly, but slowly nodded in understanding, as she understood that her sister's words were not entirely inaccurate.
"Hmm, how about instead of messing with them we just...talk to them? I think us acting normal to them might freak them out way more than us pranking them or anything like that" Naruto suggested, as Amity and Milim both looked at him at these words.
They both had to admit that it was...a genius idea. Just the trio talking to them was going to freak them out, and would likely be a much better prank than whatever they were planning on doing otherwise.
So, with that idea in mind, the trio all looked at one another, and soon finished their meals and began to walk towards the heroes.
All the while, Milim had one thought on her mind.
'This'll be hilarious!'
