It has been about 2 hours since I spoke with Bellyana, or Bell for short, and I have just finished the second-to-last card I need for the new deck. It is time for her to take me to that dragon. As I walked back into the room from earlier, she was sitting down in the chair reading an old book. I'm ready to go talk to this dragon. Are you ready? I asked as I pulled out my duel disk. "Yes, Jason, I'm ready," she said as she got up, put the book away, and began to guide me out a side door.
"So what can you tell me about why your father could not make this dragon submit to him?" I asked as we walked down the hall. "It is easy to explain that the dragon was originally hatched and raised by my mother and was connected to her. On the day my father sacrificed my mother for his deal for power, he felt my mother's anguish and fear, and from that day on, he would never let my father get near me or my mother's tomb. " Then when my father made his second deal and I wanted to stop him, I sent him off to recruit the hero but he sacrificed his life to protect the hero allowing him to defeat my father and even after his death, his desire to protect me allows him to continue to define my father" she said as we started to descend down the stairs before reaching a burnt courtyard.
In the center of the courtyard was a large dragon with gray scales and red lines on different parts of its body, one crimson red eye, and ghostly teal fire coming from its wounds. After a second, I realize that the creature is the zombie version of the Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Then Bell walked up to him and put her hand on his head before speaking. "Please, my friend, help this new hero kill my father once and for all, and then we both can go and see how the world has changed," she said, moving her hand down to scratch her chin. As she did that, it turned its crimson eye towards me, stood up from its resting spot, and walked towards me with earth-shaking steps. When it was only a few inches from my face, it let out a deafening roar, but I didn't flinch and maintained eye contact with it.
After it finished, it lowered its head toward me before turning into gold and purple dust and entering my deck before the duel disk shuffled it. "Alright, time to go and deal with your father." I said she responded with a solemn nod before she began to lead me to where he was located at the top of the castle. As we ascended the stairs, a few haunted paintings tried to attack us but were easily dealt with as we neared the top, where a headless knight stood, about twice as large as the ones I had fought earlier. But I was not in the mood to deal with the creature any more so I used my gravity manipulation and lifted it up and threw it out the nearby window, where it smashed against the balconies and bounced before crashing to the ground in a pile of scrap.
Upon reaching the roof doors, I push them open and step outside, where I see a man in regal but battle-worn armor standing in the center of a magic circle with his hands raised to the sky, trying to expand the range of the domain. Once I reached the edge of the circle, he finally acknowledged that I was there. "Oh, a living person managed to make it all the way to me but unfortunately, this moment is where your quest ends!"
he said, launching a fireball the size of a large boulder. I simply activated my rainbow life rune and stopped it and absorbed all the energy from the attack and restored all my energy I expended throughout the day and feel refreshed. I then responded by launching my own fireball, which was double the size of his. He tried to dodge it and put up a barrier to block the shock wave. The explosion of the fireball and the dissipating smoke revealed the absence of the roof's center, leaving him with a terrified expression.
"How How can a mere human have that much magical power … Unless you have sold your soul and many others for it, it means nothing; I cannot be killed in my domain, so your power means nothing," he said with a cocky attitude. "Do you really think you are unkillable? Please, there is still one way to kill you, and there are plenty of fates worse than death." I said with a sadistic smile as I activated my duel disk. "So it is a shadow game; you want it, so be it, but we go by my rules. We both use one of our skills in this duel, and if I win, your power becomes mine," he said with a haughty attitude. "And if I win, then your soul and domain will be destroyed." I responded.
After saying that, his gauntlet changed to mimic my duel disk, a deck appeared in its slot, and we both drew our cards.
Duel start!
Tyrant LP: 8,000
Jason LP: 8,000
T: "I will go first draw! Good, I already have both parts of my strategy that will seal your doom! Now I activate the spell Convulsion of Nature, which makes us both flip our decks upside down. Then, I will activate the spell Archfiend's Oath. Once per turn, I can pay 500 LP and declare one card name. If that card is on top of my deck, I add it to my hand; if it is not, it is sent to the graveyard. Now I will use it and declare the name 'Archfiend Cavalry.' Since it is the card on top of my deck, I will add it to my hand and then summon it to my side of the field.
[Archfiend Cavalry Atk: 1,900 Def: 0 LV4]
"Now I will set two cards face down and activate my skill once per turn. " I can target one Fiend monster I control and gain 200LP XLv, so I target my Archfiend Cavalry, allowing me to gain 800LP and end my turn," he said as a green aura appeared around him briefly.
[Tyrant LP: 8,000 -> 8,300]
Taking a second to get in the flow, then I began my turn. "I draw! I will start by activating the spell card "Graceful Charity." This card allows me to draw three cards before discarding two of them. I said as I studied the three new cards. I smiled as I sent two monsters to the graveyard, which would let me take the lead in this duel. "Now I will activate the effect of one of the monsters I sent to the graveyard. By banishing it from my graveyard, I can activate the field spell Zombie world from my hand or deck." After saying these words, the roof transformed into a barren purple wasteland, covered in piles of bones, while miasma spread across the field and over it. both of our graveyards. this field spell turns all monsters on the field and graveyard into zombie monsters."
"Now I will special summon Ghost Lancer, The Underworld Spearman, because you control a monster while I don't." [Ghost Lancer Atk: 2,000 Def: 0 LV 5]
"Now I will activate the spell Tribute to the Doomed by discarding one card. " I can target your monster and destroy it!" After saying these words, the monster was sucked into a sarcophagus and blew up. "Now I activate the spell, Book of life. I target one monster in my graveyard and one in yours, banish your monster, and then special summon the one from my graveyard. after saying this, his monster flew out of his graveyard, burst into purple light, and disappeared, and finally the roof shook, and flying out of the hole from earlier came Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon with a sky-shaking roar of rage.
"No, it can't be that this shitty dragon decided to help a second wannabe hero defy me again. Once I defeat this bastard, I will rip your soul and body apart piece by piece! The Tyrant, filled with rage," said this upon seeing the Red-Eyes defy him again.
