The man's eyes grew increasingly cold, harboring a deep-seated desire to possess her entirely. Hearing her words made him feel very uncomfortable, extremely uncomfortable. His fingers lightly grazed her wrist, while the neon lights of the street flickered into his eyes like flames, casting an enchanting glow. His thin lips parted slowly as he said, "Avery, after you go back, you can work, but I don't want to see you getting too close with other men, understand? You can call me overbearing, but that's exactly how I want to be with you. You have no idea how crazy and uncomfortable I feel when I see you with other men."
