In the center of Southeast City's downtown area, within a sprawling cinema complex, Li Ruotong was holding Luo Chao's arm, skipping joyfully towards the automatic ticket machine, exuding the vibrant energy of a girl-next-door.
"I've already bought my tickets online," Li Ruotong said with a giggle, then she took out her phone, scanned the QR code, and with a swish, two movie tickets came out of the machine.
Luo Chao glared at the screen, sure enough, it was the blockbuster starring a big celebrity, "Love at First Sight." He sighed with a smile, "Ruotong, haven't you seen this movie already?"
Li Ruotong teased, "I was the star of this movie, do you think I haven't seen it?"
Clearly, Luo Chao was stating the obvious. As the leading actress, Li Ruotong was among the first to screen this film. Yet, her face beamed as she said, "I just wanted to watch it with you."
