Chen Yang dialed the complaint hotline.
"Hello, I want to complain about one of your delivery company employees."
"Alright, you want to file a complaint, right."
"Yes, I want to complain."
"Okay, sir, just so you know, if it's really our rider, we'll severely punish him."
Chen Yang was very satisfied with this response.
"Hmm, I'm very satisfied with your company's attitude toward customers."
Customer Service: "May I ask who the rider you're complaining about is, and what is his number?"
Chen Yang: "Check my recent order; it's that rider."
Customer Service: "Please hold on, I'm retrieving the rider's information. Alright, I've identified the rider. What would you like to complain about?"
Chen Yang smugly glanced at Ye Chen and said: "Hmph, see that? You worked all day for nothing. I'm telling you, this is the consequence of offending me."
As the chairman of Meituan delivery, Ye Chen remained calm.
The company is his, who would dare handle him?
