The severed hair strands fluttered in the air, while the black-clad figure, out of control, convulsed on the ground. Xiao Lin swiftly turned him over, and the broken hair strands, as if alive, desperately drilled into his body. In the blink of an eye, not a single strand remained visible outside.
The black-clad figure shuddered and miraculously stood up. The other four retreated to stand motionless before the man with the black hair.
Xiao Lin adjusted his breathing internally while keeping an eye on the movements of the black-clad man.
The out-of-control black-clad figure spun in place, like a headless fly, crashing around aimlessly, falling then rising, repeatedly, leaving one utterly confused.
The Controller closed his eyes, with the broken hair strands draping over him, as silent and unnoticed as when first seen. Even the sharp scream seemed like an illusion Xiao Lin had, if not for the black-clad figure before him, he'd truly think nothing had happened.
